These can either be arranged
to be undertaken at your home or at one of our locations. We have a number of venues we use to limit
your travelling time, we will always try and book you
in locally.
You should then expect a phone
call from a photographer who will talk you through what happens next. (Secretly
the photographer is also gleaning information about the kind of shots that
would interest you so don’t be afraid if they ask questions about your families
favourite past times etc!).
On the day of the shoot, you
will most likely have been advised to bring a couple of outfits or special
items or props that you would like included. Please bring these along with you,
as well as your smile (or sultry look – depending on what’s right for you!).
The photographer will greet you and talk you through a couple of ideas,
although some of the best images come from ad lib, impromptu – natural
behaviour! You are of course welcome to direct the artistic feel should you
have some specific ideas of what you’re after so please don’t be shy. This is
after all, your photo shoot.
This should take around an
hour where upwards of 100 shots will be taken for processing. Any input you
have on stylising will be welcomed in your debrief. For example if you were
hoping to get a large print done for your lounge wall, it might be useful to
know what colour or style the room is so that the photograph will be an
enhancement rather than a oddity.
Approximately 2 weeks later
either at one of our locations or at your own home, we will turn up armed with
your photographs displayed on a laptop which you will have the opportunity to
view and place orders for if you wish. We like to be up front with our price
structure so you aren’t ever pressured into buying prints which is why you
receive the price list at the end of your shoot, not at the end of your
viewing. We find that although a sale is good business, a sale without pressure
is more likely to invite continued business. Those who are pressured into a
sale are unlikely to return, and that certainly isn’t good business sense.
The pictures you have chosen
will be printed and delivered to you within two weeks of placing your order.
And that’s it…..until next time you require beautiful reflections of your
family!
After you’ve called us to
request a quote or information, we’ll need from you your wedding date and a
little information about what style you’re after. Wedding photography these
days isn’t all standing and saying ‘cheese’, there are a number of options
available to you and we will tailor your quote to give you exactly what you
want. Whether you desire a pre-wedding portrait shoot, a full day of snap shot
memories, a post-wedding – pre-reception location shoot or a no-fuss ‘Just
remind me of how good I looked’; all are possible.
We’ll furnish you with a full
quote within a week of the initial call. If you’re in a hurry we will do our
best to get the quote to you by phone within 24 hours. If you’re happy with the
options and price then you can formally book us. We will require a booking fee
at a cost of
20% of the full quote value.
When your day draws nearer,
the photographer booked for your wedding will call you to request a brief
meeting. This is to ensure that the photographer is familiar with you and what
you want from him or
her.
On the day the photographs and
any other arrangements that have been agreed will go ahead smoothly, all
locations are subjected to a preliminary investigation prior to the day.
When you return from your
honey moon or 7-10 days after your wedding, the photographs will be ready for
you to pick those which you want for your albums, story books or framed prints.
Once you have selected the balance of payment will be due (or 30 days after the
wedding date, whichever is sooner) and your ordered photographed will be
delivered within 2 weeks. There will
also be a section of website dedicated to your prints so that relatives and
friends may order others that they require with out you having to act as a
middle man.

are, our mobile studio is easily portable and ready to deliver the service you

to deliver exactly what you require. Our commission is generous and packages
very reasonable.

of all the administration or if you prefer to keep the organisation closer to
home we are happy to accommodate. Please

Whatever the event, we are
able to produce immediate photographs for your visitors to purchase there and
then should they so desire. A generous commission is also offered so please
